1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AutoDeals platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. AutoDeals reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Service
AutoDeals is an online marketplace that connects vehicle buyers and renters with verified car dealerships and rental agencies in Lebanon. AutoDeals acts as an intermediary platform and does not directly sell, rent, or guarantee vehicles. All transactions occur directly between users and dealers.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. AutoDeals reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Dealer Obligations
Dealers who list vehicles on AutoDeals must ensure that all information provided, including vehicle descriptions, pricing, availability, and photographs, is accurate and truthful. Dealers are solely responsible for the condition and legality of vehicles listed. Misrepresentation of vehicle information may result in listing removal and account suspension. Dealers must maintain valid business licenses and comply with all applicable Lebanese laws regarding vehicle sales and rentals.
5. User Conduct
Users agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose, (b) post false, misleading, or fraudulent content, (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers, (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, (e) use automated tools to scrape or mine data from the Service, (f) harass, abuse, or harm other users or dealers. AutoDeals reserves the right to remove any content or suspend any user who violates these guidelines.
6. Listings and Transactions
AutoDeals does not guarantee the accuracy of any listing information posted by dealers. Users should independently verify all vehicle information before making a purchase or rental decision. AutoDeals is not a party to any transaction between users and dealers and bears no responsibility for the quality, safety, legality, or availability of vehicles listed on the platform. All disputes arising from transactions must be resolved directly between the parties involved.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the AutoDeals platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of AutoDeals or its content suppliers and is protected by Lebanese and international copyright laws. Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Service without prior written consent from AutoDeals.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoDeals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. AutoDeals's total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Beirut, Lebanon.
